To ensure the Mangler drops its cannon, players should shoot at its arm while it charges an attack. Look for the arm to glow, indicating the optimal time to inflict maximum damage.

By dealing enough damage to the Mangler’s arm, players can sever it, which creates an opportunity for the Mangler Cannon to drop, allowing players to pick it up and add it to their arsenal.
