Genshin Impact Unveils Second Half Banner Characters for Version 5.1

Genshin Impact has officially revealed the lineup for the second half of Version 5.1, showcasing the 5-Star and 4-Star characters that will be featured. Players can look forward to Nahida and Hu Tao leading the banners, accompanied by Sethos, Kuki Shinobu, and Xingqiu. Building a strong team is essential for tackling the game's most challenging content, such as the Imaginarium Theater and Spiral Abyss, and these characters are sure to help players succeed.

Throughout Genshin Impact's history, countless team compositions have gained popularity, but ever since the introduction of Dendro in Version 3.0, Hyperbloom teams have been a reliable choice, especially for newcomers. Although the 5-Star characters for Version 5.1 were revealed in advance, the 4-Star characters typically remain a mystery until the last minute. This time, HoYoverse has selected a powerful trio of 4-Star characters for the second half, forming a solid core for Hyperbloom teams.

The first half of Version 5.1 was led by Xilonen and Chiori, two of the best Geo characters in the game. As we move into the second half, Hu Tao and Nahida will be joined by Xingqiu, Kuki Shinobu, and Sethos—three incredibly strong 4-Star characters that will complement their teams well.

With Nahida on board, Xingqiu and Kuki Shinobu form one of the game's most potent Hyperbloom cores, though they also shine when paired with Alhaitham. Sethos, meanwhile, excels in Dendro reaction teams, making him another great option. While Hu Tao often performs best with teammates like Chiori and Zhongli, Xingqiu is one of her top choices for triggering the powerful Vaporize reaction, with Yelan being his closest competitor.

Additionally, a new 4-Star character named Ororon is expected to make his debut, possibly alongside Heizou and Fischl.
