Fans of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 have a fantastic opportunity to secure up to three Double XP tokens, providing short-term boosts across all experience point categories in the game. This new promotion celebrates the highly anticipated release of Black Ops 6.
Since Monday, October 21, players have been able to preload the 2024 Call of Duty game, which officially launches on October 25 across all target platforms.
To generate excitement before its release, Activision has rolled out a promotion allowing fans to earn multiple Double XP tokens to use at launch. To participate, players must visit X (formerly Twitter) and respond to the official promotional tweet from the @CallOfDuty account, including their Activision ID and the hashtag BlackOps6. Each eligible response awards one one-hour Double XP token, and fans can do this up to three times.
1. Log in to Twitter.
2. Reply to the latest promotional tweet from @CallOfDuty, including your Activision ID and the hashtag BlackOps6.
3. Repeat step two up to two more times.
By following these steps, players can claim up to three one-hour Double XP tokens and digital stickers to use in CoD: Black Ops 6 at launch.
The one-hour Double XP tokens provide boosts for Player XP, Weapon XP, and Battle Pass XP, with each type included. After replying correctly to the promotional tweet, players will receive an automatic confirmation message, detailing the new in-game reward added to their account. Each response will also generate a personalized sticker featuring the campaign's graphic alongside the player's Activision ID. The Call of Duty Twitter account will notify players when they reach the maximum number of requests and will alert them if their provided ID is not found.
Players attempting to send four or more requests will receive a message indicating they've hit their daily request limit, suggesting the promotion may continue tomorrow, October 24. While Activision has yet to announce how long the promotion will last, tying rewards to multiple replies has significantly boosted engagement, with the promotional tweet garnering over a million views just hours after its launch on October 23. Additionally, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is running a special promotion with Little Caesars.
Activision is expected to distribute even more Double XP tokens for Black Ops 6 throughout the next year. Notably, this title will also be the first Call of Duty game available on day one for Xbox Game Pass, potentially driving record-breaking early adoption rates.
