While there are several strategies for forming a team without relying on Harmony characters, such as incorporating Nihility units, the introduction of the Sacerdos' Relived Ordeal Relic has broadened the options for building Harmony teams.

The Sacerdos' Relived Ordeal Relic set offers a powerful way to enhance supports in Honkai: Star Rail. Sparkle  

Sparkle stands out as one of the premier Harmony units in Honkai: Star Rail. Her ability to greatly boost a specific ally's Crit DMG receives a notable enhancement when equipped with the Sacerdos' Relived Ordeal Relic set. While she can only apply the Relic set's benefits through her Skill, she consistently maintains a 38% buff by targeting the same ally with her Skill each turn.

Bronya  

Similar to Sparkle, Bronya activates the Sacerdos' Relived Ordeal effects solely through her Skill, as her Ultimate does not focus on a single target. However, since Bronya's Skill is intended to be used every turn, players can easily stack and sustain the Relic’s effects.
