The team behind Starship Troopers: Extermination has unveiled an ambitious roadmap that outlines significant developments for the game through the remainder of 2024 and into the first half of 2025. Players can look forward to various enhancements, including performance optimizations, new enemy types, and additional locations in the coming months.

This cooperative sci-fi first-person shooter, which has drawn comparisons to Helldivers 2, first launched as an Early Access title in May 2023. It garnered positive feedback on Steam, boasting a player satisfaction rate of 84%.

On October 10, the game officially launched, making its debut on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. However, recent reviews indicate a divided community, with some players questioning its current value. The main concerns regarding the 1.0 version revolve around instability and a lack of polish.
