Where to Find the Marked Bracelet

To obtain the Marked Bracelet, proceed to the left side of the second floor and enter Room L1 using the L1 Room Key. Inside, you’ll find a movable cart that leads you to the Utility Room, which has a small gap in the wall. Interacting with this gap triggers a cutscene where James falls to the first floor. After that, enter the crawlspace to reach the Medical Records, where your first Bracelet awaits. Be cautious, as picking it up will trigger a Mannequin enemy.

Where to Find the Filthy Bracelet

Next, for the Filthy Bracelet, you need to access the Nurses Station Keypad on the second floor and complete the X-Ray Viewer Puzzle on the third floor. Follow these steps to unlock the Keypad and solve the puzzle:

1. In the Women’s Locker Room, look for a Bent Needle hidden inside a Teddy Bear.

2. Go to the X-Ray Room on the third floor to find the 1F Inner Ward Key and a Radiograph of a Pelvis.

3. Head to the Pantry using the 1F Inner Ward Key and grab the Mold Remover, then proceed to the Dayroom.

4. Squeeze through a gap in the Dayroom to access the Pharmacy, then jump through the window to reach the Garden and make your way to the Pool, battling any enemies you encounter.

5. Enter the Shower Room, pick up the Medical Tube, and continue to the Doctor’s Lounge.

6. Locate the Keypad Combination Note on the board and return to the Nurses Lounge.

7. Input the code into the Keypad and enter the room to collect the Moldy Radiograph.

8. Combine the Moldy Radiograph with the Mold Remover to create a Cleaned Up Radiograph, then return to the X-Ray Room.

9. Interact with the X-Ray Viewer Puzzle and arrange the Radiographs to correspond with the marking to uncover a code.

10. After solving the X-Ray puzzle, you’ll receive the Combination Lock Code for Room D1: Right 4, Left 37, Right 12. Enter Room D1 and check the bed to find the Filthy Bracelet.

Where to Find the Bloodstained Bracelet

To obtain the Bloodstained Bracelet, combine the Medical Tube with the Bent Needle and use it on the drain in the Pharmacy on the first floor to get the Maintenance Key.

Next, head back to the Pool and interact with the locked floor panel to access the Pool Pump. This action will drain the water, allowing you to enter the Pool area. Break through the wall marked with an eye symbol to retrieve the Bloodstained Bracelet.
