Based on the novel and film of the same name, World War Z allows players to experience the global zombie outbreak from diverse perspectives, telling unique stories across various campaigns, each with their own cast of characters.
The latest free update for World War Z: Aftermath, titled "Battle for Arizona," brings a brand-new map for the game's challenging Horde Mode XL. Set in an abandoned military museum in Phoenix, this map will put players' survival skills to the test as they battle against an even larger and more relentless zombie horde. To aid in their fight, players will have access to a new pickup item, Improving Bags, which can enhance their damage, ammunition capacity, or grenade reserves.

A new Kukri melee weapon
Four new weapon skins for the DE50 pistol, 1877 SBL rifle, TMP5 SMG, and M500 shotgun
Added new pickups: Improving Bags
These new pickups will allow players to increase their damage, hold extra ammo, or store away additional grenades, aiding their survival in the intense Horde Mode XL.
Added customizable portrait frames
Players can now showcase their in-game accomplishments by displaying unique portrait frames in lobbies and on scoreboards.
Added the ability to change classes mid-game

*Fixed an issue with not getting temporary health from various sources due to mutators that reduced basic health to a minimum.
*Fixed an issue so that the Anthrax and Cannon Fodder mutators can no longer be encountered at the same time.
*Fixed the localization for mutator Sinusitis.
