It's a great game and it's a leap from the old versions. But I have two problems: When I tried to delete my character it says that it's been deleted but I can still play it and it won't allow me to create a new character? Secondly, the jobs Sage, Dancer, Bard aren't available in the version that I am playing. I hope you can address these issue. Thank you and great job!

The Game is Great in many levels. Few things that I noticed. 1. Some card effects were lessened. Example. Golden thief Bug Card is will only reduce a certain percentage of Magic damage instead of full immunity to magic. 2. Arena, is very limiting always full. It should have options for specific level range 3. Refining items requires a lot! Instead of just using normal Ori and Elu. Not what I was expecting for a game that I loved.

The game concept is good. It has plenty of features, a good plot, family friendly graphics, and a fine battle system. I however do not like the fact that the game is fraughtwith bugs and errors. From the start it does have several issues with bugs which the system message gave note upon opening. Then when the game plays it often makes the characters mive to map areas i did not click on. Then the auto battle system was another problem as it can cause monsters to become unresponsive to attacks due to some bugs popping out. Then the worst and last i got the game no longer runs due to some saving errors. In the end i hav to uninstall it as the game is very large and now useless due to having so much errors to keep playing.

Ive waited for so long to play the English version coz I know this game will be a blast. You made me buy a new phone to upgrade my S7 edge. But it's all worth it! If you played RO before and loved it or even not. This game is a must play. Period. Like what everyone said, please improve the quest list. Make it a book or something where we can re-read the quest line. I still give you 5* coz you deserve it.

Sorry, it's -1 star again. I think you guys need to start re-think your selling point to the customer. I get these attraction of your game: 1. It bring backs the nostalgia of ragnarok game to the 90s and early 2000s kids 2. It has great visuals, cute and colorful But it is also has so many cons that overshadowed your potential: 1. From 1 ⭐ to 4.5 ⭐ and back to 1⭐ again. I found a bug which disappoints me a lot. I don't know if it is intentional but after the latest update, The combat time increases more than the average speed. I just recently played today after it was refreshed. Everything came back to zero. I used a combo chain and started grinding for my current quest. After I was done with my task, a total of 28 minutes was deducted in my combo chain and on my combat time it became 176 mins used. You need to fix this as more and more players will see this kind of issue and will further to refuse to play as you limit us from doing so and being unfair with the status.

I've don't play the old RO on PC but I knew aboit the game, some of my buddies did & invited me to register for this game. I'm glad I did, because this is by far the best MMMORPG I've ever played & it's incredible. I love everything about this game. The leveling can get a bit slow so that's a bummer but it can be helped with exp potions from pet labor. Overall this is a great improvement compared to the classic RO that I saw back in the days. Sometimes server maintenance can be a bit much but considering the huge amount of players even with hundreds of channels, I think it's just a necessity. Keep up the amazing work devs! P.S. Maybe make the quest to uograde adventurer rank easier? The material requirements to raise to E & above is pretty hard to get...

Unlike the other International Servers the app is three times bigger but most importantly doesn't support Pocket Lock Battery Saver or Battery Go Helper for turning the screen off during AFK grinding to avoid battery drain - they even recommended the use of Android Emulators on PC's. Let's not even mention that there's no 360 degree swivel Camera option outside the camera mode which is very limited. The range classes doesn't have an alternate second job unlike the melee classes. It's a bitter sweet feeling because I feel that I hate it as much as I love it.

This is more of a request than a bug. On most Samsung displays today and several other manufacturers -- phones are made with a curved display. I have the S8+ and some parts of the UI like Job and Base Level experience bars are cut off. Also, the notification/bulletin news block the same experience bar most of the time. Is there a way to put it somewhere else?
