Its a really good game. They have some problems with historical accuracy which is kind of a let down for me but its still really good. I just wish there we more special troops like the fact Carthage doesn't have its iconic Numidian Cavalry. One more problem I have is that the Roman Republic uses the Marion Legions when they used the Manipular system with the veletes and hastati ect. Which kind of bothers me but other than those things I stated the game is still really good nontheless

This is well thought out game and is well advanced compared to the older Easytech games. The only negative point is that of the Conquest Difficulty. I am a big fan of Easytech and it's Games, but most recent games have a too high difficulty level. It's feels as if u have to play hundreds of hours in the campaign and other tasks and get enough medals to get decent generals and THEN only the conquest becomes playable. Otherwise it doesn't matter who u play, the game becomes a grind too quick. :-)

as always, easytech creates the best strategy games but this one's the hardest not because of the gameplay but because of the rewards. Overall this is an awesome game since its more challenging and more campaign-based. i just hope that easytech would add a little bit more on the rewards so i could buy better generals. right now i have arminius fully leveled up but im still too far from buying another general.

Enjoyable game, once controls and basic gameplay are learned. It's almost impossible to get and upgrade new generals without paying for them, even by watching tons of ads. Until you can add generals, it's pretty difficult to win.

This is an interesting game with a lot of depth. But the instructions and explanations are seriously lacking. I was also a little disappointed there wasn't an "empire" mode where you and several AI start with a mostly empty map, settle cities, and grow and compete.

It's a really nice game, however it gets more and more challenging to the point that I can't get past a certain level in campaign. I hope the developer makes the levels easier so we can focus on having fun instead of scratching our heads for days just to win a level.

I've always found this series iffy in quality, mostly due to balance issues. With the removal of ranges and the system more like Battle for Wesnoth, city development finally reasonably balanced and a much better unit recruitment feature (meaning generals make actual sense), the developers seem to of finally made a product of legitimate quality. Generals are totally pay to win but realistically capable of being purchased with in game currency with a bit of saving.

This is a great game, where you'll have to rack your brain to get the best generals and then choose from various equipment to get the best out of those generals. Only drawback I found is 'Pure Metal', there is literally no way, not even spending money, to get it and upgrade your equipments. You can get it from Battle Pass and with this new update, the Arena, but I already summed it all up and I still get only 24 count of Pure Metal. This is frustrating, thats why 4-star else the game is worth it

Oh hell yeah, the best strategy game I played in all these years, the start is hard but through some smart and quick thinking you can turn the tide around, the only improvement I think they can make would be to add capital settlements, eg if you take over Rome in the second punic war all roman troops would be demorolized it can have the same affect for the player, and also allowing us to make military forts, but even without those futures, it is the best starategy game ever made.
