Buggy, deceptive, and, most importantly, useless customer service! I also paid for getting a few upgrades (both with real money and diamonds (in-game currency) that you collect the more you play. Customer service is no help. They say they push the things I bought into my account but there's no indication that that's True. Stay away; this game is very repetitive and not much happens, clearly not even when you spend your own money and/or in-game currency! UNINSTALLED.

Enjoyed until progress was lost Played pretty heavy for a week, it froze, restarted my phone, everything was gone. Pretty frustrating considering howany ads I watched to get to where I was.. they claim support will reimburse diamonds, but honestly my heart's not in it now.. the events were fun too though.

Gets super stale super fast. After a few resets, you have to wait exclusively for nails and paint (stuff you should just be able to buy). These are offered as trades randomly after waiting a few min after completing the last trade. The actual TRADE & countdown for them only happen while the game is active. So only a few dozen of these trades happen an hour while killing your phone's battery. With every reset, managers get less effective so transporters often sleep and machines cant get upgraded

You can't say your app doesn't collect data and then in section 4 of your privacy policy list what data you collect. You can't say you don't share data with third-parties and then in section 5 list that you share data for "marketing and advertising analytics". This is lying. It's False advertising and I'm pretty sure it's illegal.

To progress any at all in this game, watching ads is a requirement. Unfortunately, many ads either shut down the game or lock up and never provide the game elements that are only available by watching ads.

I do love this game. But the only reason I gave 4 stars is because first of all there are too many ads for every action in the game. Secondly what I hated the most is that when your lumber factory is upgrading all of the equipment resets back to LEVEL 1 which is totally absurd and thus it causes loss of patience among players

Don't recommend, pay to play like most games heavily advertised. Definitely not like the ads for the game shown online or even in the screenshots. The game for the first day is fun. However, it quickly becomes clear that there is nothing idle about it. Progress is tied to ads and money, you won't get the managers needed for evolving your gear without gems being spent. Granted, they give a piggy bank but you can't open it without spending actual money to get the gems.

The main objective is to get 30 of something. Do I make it? Is it a forced ad that unlocks it? Idk, there is nothing saying what to do. It looks like a small white box of what I can only guess to be coffee? Is it an energy thing, or am I further than I should ahead of the objective? I'll never know with nothing saying what the next step is besides a white box, and I need 30 of them. If it's just been too long since I last played, the game should give basic objective info just to clarify things.

The game is alright. Its slightly amusing time pass. The problem is the game locks up and shuts down a lot, sometiems on boot up, sometimes right when you finish watching an ad for extra perks. Its not enjoyable anymore
