I like this game and am quite far into it but I spent 300.000 simoleons on a second floor and had one room on it and apparently I could add into my inventory but I can't seem to see it. I haven't gotten any of my simoleons back either so unless that is not sorted it stops me from getting a 5 star since I spent money on the game.

I enjoy this game and the different challenges it has for different levels in the game. However, it would be nice to have them have different body types to give them more character but so far its a great game.

Only downloaded the game few hours ago and already an issue on level 5, quest is 'buy a toaster' done with different sims and at different times, what's d point having it since I can't progress, also auto help was no help

I used to love Freeplay, until they started making live events an absolute impossibility. You play the events and obey every single rule; even have to spend extra sleep hours just to meet up with the deadlines. And what do you get in return? Total Loss!!! You don't get the beautiful houses, don't get the Prizes, don't even get a refund after spending so much on a prize you never win. No. Just lesser Simoleons, less Lps and less Sps. You don't even get to be VIP! Sims Sweatplay's more like it.

I like the sims very much. But when I completed the second update the game told me right after I saved my game to Google play games that the last update did not install correctly and now I cannot continue playing. It keeps telling me to exit and contact you. Why?! Please fix.

Lots of bugs. 1) Profession task stays incomplete even though it has been completed, what a waste of time! 2) Can't see my Facebook friends on iPad though it works on Android phone (and yes I am using the same account) Don't you check before releasing???

Sims Freeplay always has this tendency to be so unhinged no matter what complains the players make, so I'm rating it 1 star due to the fact that you refuse to fix the freezing problem in the game and no matter how many times we've complained still no replies so when you fix it I'll add another star but as for now take it or leave it.

The game doesn't give me an option on the side to visit my neighbors...why is that?this is a big issue as others can visit my town but all I got is just a list of the people who are my neighbors...I will change to 5 stars once this issue is resolved.
