Non Existent Customer Support - I've been playing this game for about 5 years. Three days ago I purchased a crystal package, but the game froze after charging me & I didn't receive the crystals. I emailed customer support, sending all info & copy of my receipt & no response. I have emailed them a total of FOUR times and it's radio silence. Not even automated response. Now I have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my bank. It really has soured my feeling towards the game.

I think it would be great if there's an item storage to store an excess decoration or building that have been built. It's also a waste to destroy a building that has been leveled to maximum. I would also request the marketplace to be moveable.

frustrating instead of a relaxing game.. you earn 1k on a commercial building after 2 hrs, but then costs you 3k to repair plus 1hr time. terrible! needs a city collector, needs an option where you can rearrange/redesign your kingdom. entirely. needs more ground space for buildings. everything is crowded.

i cannot play The level 10 because the game exits itself when i open it and try to play. this is so annoying. this game is good but that experience is not. why does it happen anyway? its my 2nd time of re-installing it hoping that what i experienced on my other phone will not happen on my new one, but i'm feeling regrets now on playing this game. it sucks!

Uninstalling, read below for reasons. Great potential but crappy execution. Need more room to build so either shrink building requirement or enlarge land blocks. Need either auto collection option or fix so funds/products continue to accrue during off game time. You advertise as NOT having to PAY, Prove It. Shows users that you aren't LIARS.

Game is nice with beautiful designs and animations, quite exciting to build up and form own kingdom. Possible to play with out spending money, tho quests, offers and land expansions push on it. Please add option to change the size of icons above buildings and citizens. They are too overwhelming and annoying.

Pretty fun game but feels like devs abandoned it a while ago. Easy to play casually, log in every few hours l, claim rewards and do small tasks. Nice stress free game. No pressure. After a while the delay to get new land is just too long, it's no longer fun. So after maybe 8-10 months of play I'm moving on.

Great game. But I think there is a bug because my woods is not adding up and I cant remove any commercial buildings. I have a quest and cannot be completed even though I've collected the required materials already. Please fix. Thanks

I am totally hooked to this game! :-) The graphics are great, the quests are quite challenging and the characters are cute! This game would really test your patience as quests will take a lot of time to fulfill. :-) And one more thing, the staff and developers of this game are very much accomodating, yes they know my story. :-) I truly love playing this game.
