Why would you give us the option to buy add free then take away some off the add options? You used to be able to watch an add to get more tickets for the training restaurant, now it requires jewels. There was a couple other times where the pop up on the side would be a jewel requirement, not an add one. Feels like a waste to buy the add free option.

when I try to load in my cloud save it didn't load and my progress has been deleted

The game got stuck and I know that if I re-download it all the progress will restart and it's frustrating

Start from scratch. I tried looking for a way to save my progress but I can't see any options. So tried experimenting by deleting the game and installing it again just to check if the save progress is auto. Lo and behold, I started from scratch. I was comtemplating of buying the no ads but it's a good thing I did experiment first.
