The game continues to not connect to the internet, and I don't have access to rewards or bonuses. I have reached out regarding this matter to no avail. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail, only to lose progress for weeks and then and when I finally get my progress back, It still says I'm not connected and I can't play with friends, new challenges, etc. This is very frustrating, especially since I spent a lot of money on this game.

There is a flaw/bug in the game. Every time I play the matching game and I go to use my flying boosters, they just fly away and don't actually get used in the game!! It is very annoying, especially if I am struggling to get past the level and the game advises. I should use my flying booster! What's the point if it doesn't work. Pls get this sorted.

super disappointed with the game. Level 4421 I'm given only 15 moves, however when I google others solving this level, they haven been given 22 moves! this is impossible to solve without spending money on extra moves. seems to be a cash grab, considering uninstalling the game now as i have spent enough money on it to even pass certain levels

I really liked this game in the beginning. But now this latest adventure glitched and didn't save my progress. I even paid for energy. The game has also become very difficult to the point you can't pass the level after playing it 20 times and using all your boosters up. Have to stop playing. You lost a good paying customer.

Awful game made by an awful studio. Given that the whole point is that you're supposed to be able to DESIGN A HOUSE, there reaches a point like their other game, GardenScapes, where over 90% of the elements can't be chosen or customized, making the entire game completely pointless. Do not give the studio a single cent of your money or ad revenue

This is the first scapes game I've ever played. Enjoyable . Update: This game is art imitating life for me. I'm in the middle of doing home repairs. This game is therapeutic and at times very challenging. I play through the Mistplay app. I noticed it takes more points to get a gift card. But I am enjoying this game.

No more new designs for decoration as rewards. Just rewarding with boosts and nothing else. The Exploration Events are super boring and meaningless. It got very boring and lost motivation to play entirely. I used to love earning new furniture and stuff for the home and garden. Now I play less and less. In hopes for a change. Sadly, devs are deaf. Same goes for Manor Matters.

The timer in the Range Adventures doesn't work, and I can't progress in the event even though I have a lot of points. My friends have the same problem with the event. I notified help and support, but there was no help. I guess I have no choice but to give Homescapes 1 star rating as the Spooky Halloween had issues, too. The counters stop working after several tries and you have to wait, making it harder to progress in the event. Please fix issues

Seriously, what is wrong with this game? Since the last two updates, when connected to Wi-Fi, it would cause an error if I tried making a purchase, telling me there's no network available. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, not I won't even let me sign back in to get my progress. Pretty frustrating...
