I love the game! So much mechanics,classes items and more! The only thing that doesn't work for me is the lack of some animations like walking, using items and etc, but overall very fun! Strongly recommend !

I've played it off and on for a while and It is certainly a great time sink. But, they must have really changed some variables in the last version cause I'm lucky to last 20 turns before dying in overland. Getting one shot by trolls, dying so easily that early on is very frustrating.

Great game gives a DnD type experience. But your play through is easily ruined by dumb things, like a cursed ring(can't be taken off) of levitating. Which makes it so you can't pick anything up because you can't reach it. Also you can't go down levels because you are levitating. Or you drink an unknown potion that lowers your stats or makes your forget your skills or resistances or just flat out kill you. All that and you have to hope you find food or you will starve by level 5.

I love the game but have one complaint. Offline players who just want to survive and enjoy the game are severely handicapped by the crafting entropy mechanics. Me and my kids get WiFi approx 1x a month and have zero interest in cheating scores/ranking. Could you please change it for offline players? Perhaps make it so anything done offline cannot be uploaded later? Late game is a waste of time/no fun, it turns in to load hauling and running back 15-20 levels just to craft bolts. (Update) trying master mode tonight, ty for reply

The best roguelike experience I've had. Really good speed mechanic implementation in game. But for me it lacked hellish regions. I wanted to dive deeper. When I started playing I was hoping that game of that kind should progress indefinetely After level 40 you can finish the game but why there are no levels beneath dungeon no level 50 or 60 to dive further

It's free. It's great. It perfectly filters out some of the esoteric parts of nethack to let it function on mobile and I'll just review it relative to nethack. It's 80% nethack and some of the 20% that's gone will be missed, but it principally doesn't hurt it much. Though I wouldn't mind having some fun things like elbereth or wishes back, but their absence is part of the design. The interface is as good as you could possibly expect for such a deep game on mobile. The difficulty curve kind of feels better than nethack in some ways, it's still brutally unforgiving. It's probably my favourite game on the entire app store. Kudos.

Very good game but mild issue: i re downloaded the game and now it wont work at all. Like, click game, half second of black screen, kicked back to phone home screen. Pls help, its a fun game while still remaining small and im a tad concerned. I will let you know if i fix it myself just in case. Edit: it would seem i am the only person with my device model to have the game, so probably that has something to do with it. Its fine, i can be patient and wait. Still a good game. Edit numero 2:fixed it

In the right spirit of original Nethack. High quality, if you ask me. Cons are that UI buttons are not particularly intuitive, and very difficult to move if along edge of screen (wish the camera would over-pan in this situation). Otherwise delightful!

This is a very punishing but addictive rougelike with minimal combat RNG and a ton of customization. There are no ads. However, RNG affects many other aspects of the game, such as traps, monster spawns, and item spawns, which means you will frequently die to factors outside of your control.
