the geo locator costs you money constantly because it works like garbage. dozens and dozens of hands get folded because it says that it detects you are out of the state when its not. pocket aces? folded because of a glaring app error. even if you try and dispute it, the support is just a pia

The only reason why I gave this casino a 2 star is because...the support isn't very helpful at all....a lot of the promotions don't work ..support always says I will forward your concern to the relavant team...they will send you and email on an update???? I do not understand that at all!! I don't think that is very good Customer service at all!!

I'm playing in a tournament and it all of a sudden it says that I have been removed from the tournament because it can't verify my location. It verified when it took my deposit. It verified it when I payed for the entry fee. This sucks!

This game is awful. Kicks you out every time. I was in the top 10 of my tournament and got kicked out because they couldn't "verify my location". This app is a joke, lost a lot of money. DO NOT PLAY!!! Tried multiple times to get back in with no luck.

The app has improved, but still issues. Withdrawal of funds is more convenient. I've personally had issues with my login. Doesn't fully load or I'd get error message.

Every 20 minutes exactly (you can set your watch to it) it will lose your location. Be prepared to fold or not play hands 3 times an hour. Then when you try to log back in...it shows the "white screen of death" so you will miss a few more hands. Sounds like a criminal enterprise to me. Just saying.

Quick question, has anyone been locked out of your account and told that you've been caught trying to play out of the state or that you've got suspicious location masking software on your phone and have to take certain steps to get back on and to your funds? Because I'm currently facing that right now even though I've got no such software and i haven't left the state of Michigan in 3 years? Now that's frustrating... Sucks because they're one of the best sites as far as games and payouts

I've been trying everything I could can do to play poker on this site for two months now. One geolocation issue after another. What's funny is I don't seem to have any problems in the casino never once have I been had a problem with geolocation playing on my mobile phone in the casino ... I'm still having geolocation problems it's just not happening as often and it really pisses me off but it when the site works it's wonderful.

It crashes all the time do not play big bc the screen will go white I've lost $55 just in small games due to it. It's the worst tilt ever. Just five minutes ago was involved in a big spin and go and it crashed.
