This game is fun but ultimately not worth playing. If you ever encounter a problem, and there are regular issues, customer care does not have the ability to restore your progress or recover your losses

I'd like to restart the entire game, but I am having difficulty deleting game progress. Reinstall does nothing, and deleting game account on Google play does nothing. Please advise on how to start over on the same account.

Gets stuck on the starting screen. The game will not go past the Falcons page. If you get a new phone you have to log in on the same email to keep your game progress. You lose everything with a new email.

This is a very fun game to play. That's the only good thing about it. Do not expect anything from customer service or the developers if anything ever goes wrong with your game. You will watch more ads than you actually spend time playing the game. It is a pay to win game and that is all the developers care about, your money. Again do not expect them to solve any of your issues with customer service. And it's just sad because it is a great game that they have completely ruined. Stay away!!!!!!!!

This game is so full of bugs it's unbelievable. After 2 years of collecting cards I finally upgraded my tier 2 ship to lvl 9 but it went to lvl2 instead. And used up all my cards.

I loved this game. It's very addictive and I've even spent money on this game so I can advance to the next level. Unfortunately, the Thanksgiving challenge posed a Nazi Swastika; very shocking. I am removing this game off my phone. Shame on you. Hate that I spent money here.

The team who is assigned to deal with customers and their problems are quick to respond and do fix whatever issues players have. The game is very addictive and does cost money to advance once you hit a certain level. I have been playing for over a year and am happy with the experience overall

Major event ends and they don't allow to retrieve awards even tho award page had 24 hour deadline. Terrible. UPDATE: customer care responded that event date was 1.14.24. Did not acknowledge 1.15.24 store close date. Nor my reward posted on 1.15.24 that can't be resolved without store. Poor customer care.

Almost 2 years of playing every day. Still loving it but getting a little bit too greedy. It was nice to be at Teir 3 until they released 2 more Teirs elite 1 and elite 2. It's now a money game or what a lot of people do is run secondary game servers and basically cheat. I've paid to much to get to my position and have this company keep catering to the rich people for me to be okay with having to try to keep up. Divide those stronger players give the FTP players a break.
