The Otaku Spirit
Although I don't write many reviews, I had to write one for Alter Ego because the experience of playing a clicker with an assortment of 3 endings that ultimately tells a lot about our society, not to mention the personality tests that, at least for me, were accurate. Though, the beginning can feel a bit slow, which might make people uninstall, which included me. Also, I wish that Es was more "animated" with more expressions. However, that won't stop me from giving this the 5 star it deserves.

If you are capable of having deep thoughts and through interpretation of reality. This game will change you as a person. or at least it did to me. I was a hateful person, and this game (if I can even call it that, it's more than just a game) had changed my damaged perception to think in a more realistic and happier way.

I have not completed this game but I am already drawn in by its unfamiliar charm. When I opened it my soul felt like it was at peace for some reason, like I felt I was at the place I always wanted to be. The endless hall of whispers forced me to think about myself. I felt so uneasy but so...at home. I love this game. I really love it.

its... a beautiful game. at first it was a bit long, it took a few days to get far. but then it sped up! I could see more dialog and it was stunning. I kinda wish there was a movie based of of this masterpiece!

Great game, I don't exactly know what's good about it and how to explain it so ill just say "its very unique and the idea is original" I would definetly recomend, its easy to pickup and play and does require a bit of idling. Only minor issue is that the game has very limited replayability, but since the game is free I'm not going to complain too much about it.

to start: Ads are completely optional. optional, and if you want to pay, you pay about 3$ and all ads are gone forever. I usually hate app games. this one is so very much worth your time. It was genuinely extremely therapeutic and It nudged me to develop unique insight into my thought patterns, what is helpful, what isn't. There is a story with 3 endings, I completed the game in about 3 days, all three endings. It's digestible AND life changing. 5/5

Best game you can play to pass time and gain even insights on yourself. The characters have a life of its own and let's you to choose the path that will end being the final. The music and ambient are sublimes and the design of ES makes you feel like if you were trapped in some kind of space-time alley, too Alice-like but I enjoyed it. Thank you for all the creators, you have done a masterpiece that teaches that a simple but stylish game setting is way more valuable than any other kind of game!

I really liked this game. I had it before last year and decided to pick up on it. A GREAT choice. I love the struggle es went to either to conform or rebel and the personality test make it more engaging. Also, some of the personality test told me a bit about myself that I didn't exactly realize, if only es have me advice on how to actually solve my problems. but over all, great game. it has 2 bad endings and 1 good one and honestly it's worth it. 10/10!
