This was my favorite game. However, the solution that was giving to be to improve the game did not help retrieve the funds i spent and never received my fuels or diamonds. So i deleted the games, just to find massive trojan infections on my computers, tablets, phones and software. My personal information is on the darkweb and bank account, emails , and some ones are opening accounts in my name with my ssn. You guys need to to fix this, asap!!!! You are charging me money and I'm not playing.

The game has a lot of errors within the game, loading problems each section shows some items that isn't their. I wanted to delete the game within the game it didn't take the code that was given so I am deleting this application on cell phone.

Ever since the last "update" that I was forced to take? I keep getting an error message -112. The game was actually starting to improve.... until now. I even reinstalled the game. And same thing, and "support" is no help. Just more AI.

Boooooo! What a shame... This game is always keep saying server log in timed out.. Even that is not under maintenance. I have a good internet !!!! cus I can play other games. I un-installed and install again, it's just the same thing. Wasting time.....

At one point there was some balance between paid players and skilled free to play, the developers have made this game free to play pay to enjoy, I don't know who can enjoy being useless to any alliance they join, low spenders get shunned for higher spenders, so joining a good alliance In season 0 will still mean your shunned later, save yourself some time and just don't bother, played about 3 years or so they've lost a dedicated player I was on daily for 8+hrs a day completed all tasks,

The gime very good but i have Some notes about the resources that require payment and development in exchange for their use, which makes it a difficult game that you do not want to play due to the large amount of money it costs

Heavy PTW and if you want to stay competitive you will need to spend several $1k +, slow customer service, purchase offers of x amount of resources spelled out but when counting the amts they show don't always match. Game was unbalanced before but more unbalanced now. Even stronger alliances cant compete with those that do nothing but spend more than $1k monthly, dont let devs fool you. I have heavily active & paying alliance playing throughout the day that cant keep up.

The workers kept getting blocked for no reason even though there was ways thats how they got there first place. No matter how many times I try demolishing and reinstalling ladder, they kept getting blocked. Supper annoying and what a waste of time.
