Delivery time is reasonable, good communication. Good selection of Asian restaurants. However the amount charged on my credit card is 1.5% more than what was shown on the bill. I suspect that's the credit card processing fee that most vendors would include in their operating cost. But I guess they decided to pass the cost to their customers which isn't a big deal. But it is NOT okay to not disclose this fee!

I have used several takeaway apps since I came here, some served western dishes, and some served Chinese dishes. But I really feel unaccustomed to eating too much western food. Some takeaway platforms offered Chinese dishes, but most of them delivered takeaway for a long time. Panda Delivery has been no exception before. Hard to use, scammer restaurant everywhere. Ordered some fired fish dish but come with string fish with veggies and nothing like in the picture. Call the restaurant from app they cut your phone right away if they know is from hungry panda. Seem like this app allows restaurant to scam with different items. I use the compliant request but turn out rejected and reason is one picture didn't not enough. You can only upload 1 picture. Everybody please beware.

App is great, food is great, delivery is horrendous beyond belief, takes two to three times longer than estimated delivery time, food is cold by the time it arrives and every time things just seem to be getting worse and worse. Additionally the tracker for locating the driver doesn't even work properly. Quite possibly the worst food delivery app I have ever used considering how expensive delivery is for such rubbish service.

I received the full red envelope several times and ordered the panda takeaway. The speed is quite fast and the packaging is super good! Not only saves the delivery fee if you use the full discount coupon! Ordering a takeaway is more affordable than dine-in! The takeaway software that you will always use is very good.

Super SLOW delivery speed. If you wanted lunch at noon, you need to order at 10:30am or earlier. Often when the food was delivered, they are mostly cold. I do understand that drivers need to make multiple stops, but to the detriment of the customer to that extend, is unacceptable.
