This is a fraud company. I booked a Dubai desert safari on 7th Nov 22 to visit it on 28th Dec 22. Today I paid to taxi and booked a hotel in Dubai for this desert safari visit but they didn't mention anything about my tickets had been cancelled. I was at Dubai Mall as pick up location and waiting for a car to desert safari pickup but they didn't even bother about to informing me that my tickets have been cancelled without any reasons. I strongly advise everyone that you should not use this app.

Do not purchase tickets from this site!!! We were charged, and confirmed via email. We were in Paris and purchased 2 tickets for the Palace of Versailles, and I had the confirmation AND the email from Tiquets. We did not have travel Wi-Fi on our phones and Tiquets canceled our Versailles tickets after we left our hotel the same day (and we were still charged on our credit card). We made the hour-long trip to Versailles and we could not get in after we had paid 80 euros!!!! We are out $100!!!!

Had a great experience in the app. The interface is really cool and easy and the. When you talk to the customer service agents, they really respect and help you. I talked to Nitesh and he was very hospitable and kind. Highly recommend to use.

I purchased tickets along with an audioguide for the Sant'Angelo castle in Rome, one day before visiting. I instantly received the audioguide but the admission tickets email said that it could take about 30 minutes. After 2-3 hours (00:30 on the next day) I receive an email stating that due to a technical issue my tickets cannot be claimed and that I will receive a refund for the admission tickets, but that I cannot cancel the audioguide, which I now cannot use anywhere. Lost money.

Fantastic app. Was able to instantly buy tickets for paris attractions and skip the que. Bought tickets for the Arc De Triomphe while standing outside then went straight in. I highly recommend this app. It was very easy to use

I bought my tickets in PC. But instead of emailing me the tickets, you sent me just a receipt and link to this app! But the app would not send verification link and I ended up holding up the line at Vienna State Opera and looked like a fool! Shame on you for your greed, putting marketing your damn app before paid customers' peace of mind. Uninstalling and never will buy again. Idiots!

This app is a scam, they will not reschedule or refund your money. I wanted to show my child a good time in the city and chose the wrong date as soon as I payed. I immediately contacted customer service and they denied all service. Now I'm forced to take a day off work and hopefully use the tickets I payed for so I don't loose anymore money. I will never use this service again.

When you do the tickets on this app it does not give you the option for timing. I missed the opportunity to use the catamaran for which I paid for. And also even if the catamaran was still at the wharf te staff did not wait for me to board. That experience was just a big disappointment, I could no longer use that specific catamaran because there was no more chance for the same day. And the next day I was leaving Barcelona at 4.00pm

I bought Amsterdam & Region Travel Tickets online and redirected to this app, because it said "Access your tickets anytime and anywhere with the free Tiqets app! No data, printer or WiFi needed" which is not True for this ticket. What I got was vouchers only and had to go somewhere far away from my hostel to redeem my tickets. If we need to redeem it, why would we simply buy from the official information desks? They fail to clarify on the website and refused to refund.
