This is the worst app I've ever seen. I'm can't set a song as an caller tune couple a days back. And now i can't even open the app. I've even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again, but there is no use. It's a waste of money for me to even take a special recharge for caller tunes. It is better to port to some other network.

Horrible again!!! Same old trick! Tell us the problem. Hey, set tune and remains pending for years. Horrible ! It does not work. If you raise an issue, you get a message that it has been resolved. I am in Eastern region, yet it shows the request pending for months, years What is the reason, you will never know. BSNL has tied up with these people, so you have no option just to get along with this tormentation. Down with BSNL and ommobile.

I'm from Kerala. Earlier I could set my favourite songs as my caller tunes. But it is just recently I noticed that the song of my choice is not been set as caller tune. But whenever we try to set a caller tune, a successful message is being shown. If the app is not meant for Kerala circles, that should be shown while we try to set tunes or otherwise, if any technical issues, that may be informed.
