On multiple choice questions my kid does great. But then she learned that pressing the wrong answer gets a fart noise. Now she avoids the correct answer to hear the fart noise & laughs. Also, there's little encouragement when trying to get her to repeat the word. My kid sits there unsure what to do. I try to whisper for her to try, but sometimes it picks up my voice. Hasn't really helped say more words, but she thinks it's fun. She likes the popping games, but theres only 2 :(

After reading a lot of reviews I decided not to go with the "free trial" so they say. What developer instead of giving you a limited range trial through the app decides to try and jump straight in your pocket. Like just make it so you can use the app for a day or two. Don't just assume it's ok to blindly trick ppl into a subscription based service...

Totally useless because I cannot input correct age. I have been trying for two months to set up this app and customer support isn't being helpful at all- they stopped responding. The assessment perpetually makes my son two years older than he is, and the only way to set the age is to go through the assessment process all over again in the hopes that the age sticks. But it doesn't. It still changes to two years older, which makes all of the goals and questions inapplicable. Very disappointed.

Awful experience. Have tried all week to cancel my trial as I didn't want to be charged at the £49.99 at the end of it. Have emailed them a few times asking them to cancel it to no avail and then they take the £49.99 out of my account today. They make it so difficult for you to cancel and they don't even have a telephone number or a live chat to get in touch with them. Absolute headache from start to finish. Also I would like my £49.99 refunded asap please. Helen

I love that kids are saying the words in repetition, but I didn't like how a lot of the speech categories lacked visual representation. For example: A little girl shivers over and over while saying the word coat instead of actually putting on a coat. Recommendation: Try pulling out or pointing to items that aren't being shown as they are being said. You can also try Googling images/videos of items and things not on hand for your child to see.

I cancelled my 7 day free trial in time so hopefully they will not charge me, i just need to keep an eye on my bank account. For those people who subscribed the 7 day free trial, you can cancel by going back to your email and find the google receipt for it and there, you can click manage subscription. Their instruction to cancel wasn't clear at all and you can't cancel by logging in to their app. You need to check the google receipt in your email.

Absolute scam of an app! Took a year's subscription even though it said I have 7 days free to decide whether I want to cancel or not. I actually cancelled immediately as the whole app was literally children repeating a word a few times. Which is quite pointless and not very engaging for a toddler. Maybe if you want to teach a child how to improve their speech it's useful but not as a way to teach a toddler new words. I have contacted Google for a refund and am very disappointed with this app

I was really excited about this app but as said below, you can find what's on this app on YouTube, free. This app was disappointing when I was really excited for it. My frustration stems from the fact that it is nearly impossible to cancel unless you email them. I just sent my email to cancel a little bit ago. I have two young children, the last thing I want to do is add one more thing to my plate, I'm waiting and looking for an email that who knows when it'll arrive.

The app in itself is amazing. However, i had an issue with entire amount getting deducted while subscribing to the trial version. Mails and messages to Google hit a stone wall and finally contacted the customer support by email. It was pleasantly surprising to see a super quick response and amount refunded. No questions asked. Thanks a lot Jaka. Mate, you made my day.
