I have this app installed on my Samsung A32 but as soon as I have updated to Android 12 the app is deleted from my phone and now unable to install back it, only an error message appears while reinstalling from Google play store. Samsung community user suspect that the app might not be compatible to Android 12 and developers could resolve this compatability issue. Can you guys see into this and resolve the problem. Thanks

It has been one month I am trying to install this application but it constantly giving me error after downloading that app can't be installed. I have restore my phone but it didn't work. Also I have installed previous version of app but they also didn't work because they constantly giving me notification to update app and new update is not installing kindly resolve my issue thanks

There is something wrong with the app. Previously I used to book from the app and it was all good but from last 1-2 months it is not booking any ticket,after going to the payment menu it takes us back to the seat selection and after that it shows 0 amount to be paid and seat isn't booked. But it's working on website so clearly a bug in the app. Team seriously need to work on this.It was a good app

It was helpful, seat booking choice cancelation with time saving, but the railway app deleted automatically and couldn't be installed even I tried time and again but all in vain. I heared many complaints from different users said above. There can be any conspiracy behind this or any other IT related issue of Pakistan Railway. It must be resolved as soon as possible and I hope it will be.

Inappropriate behavior during reservation. I just booked a seat but on payment time they just take my money and disappeared. No message and no notification. Went back to this app but there's no reservations nor pending. They just take my money and gone. Pay me back or reserve my seat. I'll give minus stars if it is possible.

I am trying to book etickets since last week of December 2022 but no success. All the time message pop up after searching 135 seconds "Warning! Something went wrong please retry later" click ok app go to home page and again display message "Warning! Something went wrong please retry later" click ok then app is closed automatically. I have repeat this excercise 100 times since last 4 weeks. I uninstalled app then again install. I have tried to Re-sync several times but same messages and closed.

New update of this app is so irritating! Every time, I open app, it just shows "Unfortunately, Pakistan Railways has stopped working " anD then suddenly it closes. I have even restarted my device several times but nothing improvement! At last, I am still unable to book my E-ticket !!! Such a waste of time.

Dont waste your time on useless app. I tried to book tickets for the next month.. no result found appeares on the screen. And when i put the random dates for the tickets availablity same no result found appeares.. No matter what you search the result will be the same. Its my opinion to delete the app or please hve some attention on the app and also on customes reviews. Show some efforts. Please consider my first opinion on serious note. Your frustrated customer.
