Couldn't get the app to connect, but the folks at BKOOL were nice enough to charge me for a full month after the trial period. I asked for the money back hours after the charge notification. Twice. Nope. Not a peep. I will now make it my mission to send as many people to Rouvy instead. It actually works and is less expensive, anyway. Enjoy your fourteen bucks, you thieves.

Since even more people are still falling for this porn page type of thing app, I'm going to explain the main problem of this app, right away when you install and try to create an account the ask you right away for credit card information, they say you can use this app without the need of payment which is a lie because right away took away $1usd from the card. Please be careful with this apps that only make others more successful ones look like they're equally cheap at this.

Great fun. Been using for a month now and highly recommend it (top tip: i had to go into my phone settings to allow the app to connect to my trainer via bluetooth, much better connection than via ant.)

Really I don't know why I'm paying for this - this app sucks, I have lost whole trainings because of connection issues, there a lot of graphic and simulation errors and now the app says I have to update it before to use it, but when I try to do it the play store says it is already updated, so I can't use it!!

Videos stopped working since app upgrade. This was the best feature for different routes. No idea why and adjusting the settings makes no difference. Need to get this sorted Bkool otherwise I am off to Swift!

It used to be a good app but in the last month it started cutting off half way threw my ride the more miles the more if kicks me off the site,I liked th e setup but will be going to zwift. Almost same spot and time on rides I do more than once and it my equipment that might be the problem.......

Seems impossible to start the subscription. On first login it asks for a validation code that is sent by email. By the time the email arrives the login has timed out and a new code is required, which doesn't arrive on time. Support is non existent.

Won't boot up at all on my phone! Works on windows and my older android phones but on my new motorola moto g9 plus doesn't even load. Every other android app works perfectly but not this one! Even after the solution you gave still doesn't work, still opens to blank screen !

Unable to download. Keeps crashing while downloading. On another note; also unable to use your desktop version as it does not detect my tacx bushido via Bluetooth or ant+. My tacx is detected by tacx and zwift. So must be your software. Really sorry I can't try out your product as it seems really good.
