So hard to log in.. if want to watch on desktop, have to log in google chrome..already did then choose log in with google account.. but so slow and nothing is happening.. the account i signed up using email and only be accessed by email.. it doesn't link with phone number or fb or anything else..asked for password, said no need coz can log in with google account.. but your site is so slow, it wont log in!!!! Log in tv also very hard.. have to go to website to abtain the passcode..cannot thru app

The marketing team needs to try to schedule their ads properly. I watched skeem saam and this is what happened: Before it begins you have 3 ShopRite ads, each equaling atleast 20s, then you Have a MacDonalds one. 5 mins into the episode you have 3 ShopRite ads, a MacDonalds one, then the ShopRite ads tried to restart when the episode was supposed to continue... I'm uninstalling this app as we speak, I'd rather deal with YouTube problems. we understand you need to monetize but do it properly

The older videos (series) feel really laggy and broken when played. They don't run smoothly at all. I tried to use it on different devices and the results were the same.

Why i couldn't logged in to my own account?? At 1st its said user already in use but not login.. And then i deleted the apps.. And now i cant type or see any video only showed VIU with orange background
