You can't fast forward or skip ahead when watching on demand. Much like youtube forcing you to watch an ad , even though you pay for this service.The app shows trending, featured, new release, popular. There is no division based on type. The app is not consumer focused it seems to be designed to promote certain channels much like the other sites, accept the other sites allow you to search by type and fast forward (series actually don't have commercials on some other sites ) Site seems half assed

Since new update, the app struggles to connect to my Google Chromecast. It no longer plays one episode after the next on demand. Since the update, it plays one episode of a TV show then disconnects from the Chromecast. Very disappointing for the price we pay for service.

Fantastic application! Crisp image I would definitely recommend to get fiber internet in order to enjoy this app you can connect as many devices you want the only flow it is not compatible with Android box but for everything else Smart TV phones Chromecast computers it works just fine great job virgin I have been a customer for 7 years and I'm possibly is going to stay with Virgin for the rest of my life they offered an excellent customer service as opposed to their competitors thank you virgin

This is a reasonably decent service when it works. Video stutters frequently. Chromecast is hit and miss because it frequently does not think I'm on a virgin network. I've had numerous technical issues for over one month. I'm giving it one more month, if the issues continue I will drop this service.

It is a bit confusing to find the channel I want. Not so sure where to touch, so just keep pressing here & there until the list of channels showed up. Very clear image! Quite a few channels elections. Not so sure whether "On Demand" programs are included in my 3 months' free promotion.

The app works on my tablet and phone but when I tried to run it on my android box it is not working. I have tried everything to get it to work. And I know the box works as I can run Netflix, Disney+, and other apps. When I open it and just hangs with the virgin logo.

The app works as expected once it's cast,the problem is getting started, when I try to cast, it won't,I have to wait a couple of minutes, sometimes get a error message,other times I have to stop casting, and recast two of three times before it will finally works. It takes about 5 minutes before I can finally watch TV

Very slow to respond. Many interruptions and errors keep occurring. Have had better luck with our smart tv through the internet. On the plus side, I don't miss Rogers at all! This is the worst. Repeated visits, reboots, reloads and this system still doesn't work. Stay clear of the Virgin TV and Internet packages. They are inconsistent, frequently down and the TV application is a joke!
