Terrible. Fail. Only thing worse than the app is Thinkwares cameras. It randomly looses all of the saved setting and stops recording. Then you have to go back into the setting and reset everything. You have to turn on phone gps on to connect to the camera with the app even though the camera has a built in gps. The camera will only work with Thinkware branded SD Cards that cost about six times what a good brand costs. You cannot turn off the cameras flashing leds that blind you at night. SUCKS!!!

For T-Mobile users...turn on airplane mode to disable data then turn on WiFi manually and connect to your dashcam. This should fix issues with Live View and mobile viewing of recorded videos. Live View would disconnect me from WiFi and viewing recorded videos from the app would show nothing but a black screen until I switched on airplane mode. A minor inconvenience which made me take off 1 star. I have a F800 2ch with firmware 1.01.02 and Samsung Note8.

A completely awful app. It keeps crashing whenever I try to go to camera settings. There's nothing I can do to change the date on the camera. Have tried on a few phones and nothing. Such a huge disappointment and an embarassing excuse of an app. Update (9/3/2021) F200 dashcam is "not supported anymore" even though it was supported 4 days ago. Absolutely terrible and trash app.

USELESS!!! I've wasted more petrol with the engine ticking over trying to get this kr-app to work. I got it working twice when I first got it, after a great deal of trouble, now I cannot get it to work at all. I upgraded from an F50 thinking I was getting a better set up, but now I think it was a total waste of time and a great deal of money. 'THINKTWICE', should be the name of this camera and app.

A let down. Everything on the app works fine but the feature I really wanted and paid the amount I paid to use doesn't seem to work. I can't connect my u1000 dashcam to my phones hotspot. The app just crashes repeatedly when I try to connect it. I can't find any solutions online.

So, it was working great last year but this year 2022 it sucks. It doesn't show any videos recorded. Apparently every time i click on a video it says file not found. This is very unconvenient because i had to return the old dashcam and bought a new one thinking it was the device that was defective but i just think its the app. Who know maybe its both. Its not a cheap dash cam U1000 to be having this kinds of issues specially because my car was vandalized and now i dont have access to proof.

This is the most useless POS app! If you throw your money away on this product like I did after reading this and all the other reviews stating the exact same thing then you deserve to lose your money. Connection with your camera is only good on the very first time and then impossible no matter what they tell you to do. if you want to connect via your phone you are forced to update the camera software to the same version already in the camera and then connect.

The latest version is very unstable. add new feature: allow me to change how much information is captured for events. currently set to 10s before and after but that's useless. I want to set it to 30s before and 2 minutes after but I have no way to change it.

App worked OK (and I mean just OK 3 stars) before Android 11. Since Android 12 and the last update, the app doesn't recognise dashcam even though it is connected to the smartphone when viewing settings. I have essentially got a bricked dashcam I can't view recording or change settings on. The dashcam is actually very good but unless Thinkware sort this app out soon I will have to change my dashcam and also start pointing potential customers to rivals.
