no option to select other language audios. non user friendly player. search and recommendations are bad. casting also fails most times. (casting is working fine on hotstar and other ott apps i use)

Airtel thanks rewards shows free subscription to xstream play but it cannot be claimed because app says video not available and it just freezes. Airtel is cheating customers by claiming free xstream play with mobile recharge and not actually giving it.

The app is not working properly suddenly get closed and getting delayed in opening the app and while watching the videos the scrolling is not working properly , completely waste of using the app...

Very bad experience to be honest, Sony liv stops working any time, The app stops every time i switch to mobile data. Need to fix these bugs for sure

Movies are good on it but when we get subscription through recharge it never plays a movie properly it stops at anytime and just do buffring even though my internet speed is good than also it happens idk that if it is a glitch or what but I'm very dissappointed with this glitch

Indescribable amount of advertisements have been introduced in between contents (Shark Tank India). It starts with 2 unskippable advertisements of 12-15 seconds each, and then moves to 3 unskippable advertisements at every 5-7 minutes. What are you guys aiming at? I hope the same hasn't happened to movies too. This was a substitute to television but it has now become portable television.

This is very very wrong recharge plan very worst behaviour than autopay very wrong recharge plan my choice only but this app agreement paper rules April 12. 2024to April 12. 2024 freecharge plan then one month free fake. I am Airtel customer and an Korean web series big fan I'm all ready using MX player Amazon prime videos aha app. All' so good but xstream play app very very wrong

airtel is always fraud, it sent me a massage - "Watch Scam 2003 for free! Your 30 days of FREE Airtel Xstream Play access is NOW ACTIVE!" I thought that if I log in with my phone number, the offer will be claimed, but when I open it, I have to take a subscription and the money will be deducted after one month of free trial, it should have written the details in the message, I would not have wasted the mobile data and downloaded the app. be careful, airtel users.
