Rubbish! It takes forever to load the app then after trying to sign in takes forever. If you need to use it quick it's not going to work which is what this app is intended for. I'm uninstall it now until it gets better. Did hear good things about this at the beginning but since then it's just not been good at all.

I downloaded because I wanted to alert my mum in case I got in trouble on my walk home. The set up was fine but when it was "Create a code" step, the "Save and Continue" button was completely covering the space to enter the code. I don't see this as a necessary step as I can put "App Lock" on my phone (I'm not sure if this is just Android or IPhone as well) I will rate higher if there is a "No Code" option. Thank you

As others have said, it's a great idea but it doesn't work. I've registered and followed the instructions but it won't recognise my password. I use a password vault so it's definitely correct. Such a shame

Great idea, seen on BBC news today, I'm unable to use this app after logging on due to the app requiring permissions set to all, & therefore in a loop even though I've added permissions set to when I use this app. I do question where my data would be stored & what secure encryption methods you are using. users need to be informed about Special Categories on the app shown on privacy policy. £7.99 per month can be a lot of money for some people. Shame, my wife has just uninstalled it.

Really hard to set up. I gave up. Can't see next field to complete the task as it's beneath the keyboard. It also said my email had already been used? Really good idea if these glitches can be overcome.

So very disappointed. I really wanted this app after seeing how it came about from a family losing there daughter to a monster. I downloaded it with a heavy heart for Hollies Family. I can't believe that the maker can't even make this App so it actually works. HAVING TO UNINSTALL has I can't even get past the sign in . Tried to add pin as requested only NO place to add it I tried EVERYTHING with NO LUCK.

This is such a great idea. However, it is not user-friendly. Nightmare to download and set up, kept going around in circles. Ended up uninstalling it as got so frustrated!

Easy to install (although setting my birthday took ages...) you answer questions on the form, set your emergency contact, then click the link in the message you are sent. Then just open the app, log in and test it. It's a great idea, I'll put it on my childrens phones too. Great app! And this app is FREE!!

I hate it. I spent an hour trying to log on and all of my family members are having the same problem as me, they can't log in. We made an account, then it logged us off. We re installed it and logged in our account, after the "What's your pin code" part it logged us off. We remade an account only for it to say "Go into settings and put on location". It's already on. Then afterwards it logged us off AGAIN. After logging it off, we each got a call from an unknown number. In short, it sucks.
