Not that great of a service. From mixing light and dark clothes to irregular charges I got everything done to my clothes. On top of that I was charged for that ironing services which I didn't opt. Timing such as pick up and delivery is based on the whims of the delivery person.

Excellent shoe cleaning There are not many providers for shoe cleaning and you did a fab job. Seriously I was not expecting that my sports shoe will come in such a great shape. Good repairing and cleaning, and on top of that excellent communication with the customer.

Very unprofessional non customer friendly. 20% extra credit not given on vallet recharge. All the offers are only for mentioning but cant be availed. Would not recommend.

Very poor service, the delivery has always been delayed by more than 2-3 days each time. They don't even inform about such delays beforehand and the whole thing is very unprofessional.

very poor washing service: don't give a single change for washing. I ordered first time with washing and folding and they charged me Rs. 412. thats fine. Now they delivered on time with folding and I checked all cloths. they were not cleaned it looks like they washed in clean water without adding any detergent. Not a single cloths was clean. white clothes spots was completely clear. I complained about it . okey we will rework. after rework same things happened. plz don't give them AsingleChance

Fraud company. I was a loyal customer for years and they lost the hoodie of my new expensive jacket, never responded to my mail - lied in the online formal consumer complaint that they have returned it and on call - they keep saying they will update me but never do. Pick another service. I am going to take a legal approach, it's not about a small misplace, it's about lying and not caring about customers for 3 months

24 hrs since I placed order. Still order not picked up. Rider called multiple times but didn't turn up. App crashes on trying to call rider. Can't even cancel the order. Utter waste of time and energy.
