Sometimes when my receptionists set up an appt it doesn't show up on my phone calendar, and vice versa. If I set up an appt on my phone, it doesn't always show on our office desktops. Otherwise, it's easy to use and certainly better than our previous 2 systems.

They make you pay without a trial which I didnt mind, until I did and the main feature they advertised that I signed up for doesnt work. The feature I needed was to create recurring classes that can be booked. The feature doesnt work, and no one has gotten back with me from the development within almost three days. Im canceling today. Its obvious they dont care about certain clients.

Have been using free version for 5 years, really no problems at all. Now all of a sudden, since last update, my clients are no longer receiving their confirmations. Have tried working with two different desk people with no luck. Going to have to find another booker more reliable. sad

So many issues.booked leave in only to be informed this only shows up to patients booking in and in the browser version, and doesn't show up in mobile meaning your reception and other practitioners could still book in patients in this time.If you create a repeating class and then want to change any aspect of it you have to alter each repeated class individually (and this could be for a year of classes).You don't get text reminders for classes for patients. I've run out of space to complain more

MUST READ IF YOU RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS PRIVACY & SECURITY. Joined the beta to test out some features and surprisingly the beta version is worse than the one available in playstore. You won't get to see activity, no app notifications. Contacted support for it, and was surprised when he shared screenshot of my full account including activities that happened. So basically if you have stored your customer phone, email or any other personal information,setmoe customer support can fully access it.

Update: after speaking with the tech support team at Setmore, my app loads on my new phone. Thank goodness because I tried out a few other apps, and none of them are as user friendly as setmore. Now they have five stars. I really like this app. It was really easy to set up in use. It really streamlined the booking process. However, I got a new phone, and I'm trying to install the app & in, but it doesn't want to load. That's why it only gets four stars

My experience with setmore over the last week after being a premium user for more than 4 years has to be the worst, I've been having issues where existing clients have not been getting email or sms reminders, only to be told the problem is with the clients who have been also using my service for more than 4 years, I've been talked around in circles with no resolution, I cannot escalate, yet every month my money is deducted, DISGUSTING!!!

This app frequently logs out of session and the app will pop up randomly of it's own accord no matter what you are doing. Currently struggling to log in for the last few days. The app will show its logging in then stay at the log in screen. Setmore on desktop is amazing. Setmore the app is terrible.

It's perfect for our barbershop. Would be good to have a multi-location option, and maybe some more advanced reporting capabilities, however, even without those it's a brilliant app for customers to manage, for our barbers, and also for overseeing all of the above.
