Disgusting practice where they don't allow you to enter order address and misidentify it. After issuing an order with a wrong adress they refuse to change it. Afterwards they demand that you should order taxi for the courier.

After the latest update, the only payment option available is Google pay. It doesn't work, with the payments simply not going through.

Yandex.Eda provides excellent service and support! I really like ordering food from Auchan with the app (auchan is the cheapest shop, but doesn't deliver to my address itself). Yandex deliverymen are always respectful and punctual. This week I had an issue with the delivered avocado being out of condition, and yandex support team returned me the money for it. I always know that yandex would be on my side, thank you

Half the time courier don't carry documnets to enter the building. Call center has no idea where the courier is. Sometimes, the order is late by 3 hours. A lot to improve

The only payment method available is Google pay and the payments don't go through. The card is fine, Google play is fine, this is the only app I have problems with.

My name, email, phone number and home address have been leaked. I consider it unacceptable for a big corporation to store user's personal data without encryption, so one dishonest employee can gain access to the database.

I have ordered for 4 lavash and paid by card then they gave me their ETA as 45 mins , after 1 hour order has been cancelled by their sides and they texted me to show what the reason for cancelling that they could not find taxi to get it delivered. But still they didn't send my money back it is very very bad
