The app works reasonably well but Postn*rd does not. Just this week they lost two(!) parcels sent to me, they arrived in Postn*rds care from another company on the 15th, then no more updates and no help from their support desk besides urging me to let the sender know.

Absolutely awful delivery service to the US. If you're not home to receive the delivery, they mark it as failed and never give you any way of getting a new delivery, or any info on where to pick it up. No email address to contact, and the phone robot doesn't have an English option. Never buying anything that ships via Postnord again. Figure out how to tell people how they can get their packages at least.

All in all, a decent app. It used to have problems with notifications on Android, could be that either OS or app update fixed it. What still remains to be fixed is the character encoding when printing saved labels from the app out to the service point terminal. It screws up non Swedish characters. A major bummer when shipping to a complex address abroad. Also, with delivery to the mailbox, it'd be great to receive notification immediately after the shipment has been placed in the mailbox.

Most of the time I have to add the parcels manually even if both email address and phone number should do it automatically.

Terrible app from a failing company. (It also captures and sells user data, beware) Blacklist Postnord before they steal your package and hold it for ransom. Good luck contacting them. App has a trash 'AI' chatbot that ONLY has a couple of pre-designated options. Which isn't helpful at all. They don't answer/have a help support line. I've gotten word from one employee I DID manage to contact: they are losing tons of money. He couldn't even help me or put me through to someone who could. 0/5

It is impossible to actually get support regarding a package. The app has no option for talking or chatting with a human. The fake bot they are using is literally just a glorified set of menus. The app does not even show a phone number for their support. Not that it matters, because calling the support number on the website just gives you an automatic voice message saying they aren't taking calls and then it hangs up automatically. Should be 0 stars really.

This is great app, unless you want to move it to a new phone. It forbids backup and if you installed before they added cloud sync, you cannot enable it, so you are out of luck. All nice statistic app provides, all archived packages, everything stays on your old phone.

Forcing users to use smartphone, download an app and register to receive package when no option for any alternative is not a good user experience.
