App a little slow when trying to filter by certain categories, resets to the top of the choices instead of just letting you click several in one go. Otherwise the app is easy to navigate.

Haven't received my order yet. Logged into my account hoping to set up Fingerprint to unlock this account and it won't sign me in with my fingerprint. Have NO problems utilizing Fingerprint Verification on ANY other accounts but yours. I sincerely hope this isn't a foresite to future failings of B&H. PLEASE FIX ASAP, THANKS!!!! Happy Holidays

The new app interface looks like the web interface. Most of the time cant scroll to view item features, specs, and other information. Very frustrating. Not good at all.

Consumers be aware of credit check if you're applying for special financing they will most likely decline with fake credit score. I just did my free credit score at 612 just before l applied they turned me down lying that my score was 560. Just to put a hard inquiry on my credit with synchronize banks.

Due to being a high risk home from COVID-19, we keep all packaging outside & dispose of them immediately. I received my Fritz Flash from B&H & tested it w/ my new Lomo Baby Diana. I found the flash/ cable to be faulty. (I have a background in I.T.) I contacted B&H for help, but they had no problem quoting policy & denied my request to return the defective item. This was a very poor, & disappointing experience. The money grab and lack of empathy & compassion is disappointing, My family's loss.

Don't even waste your time. I ordered ink, paid the shipping fee for it to be delivered in 3-5 business days, realized I hadn't received it on independence day. I call to learn it was on backorder. I received NO communication about this.I wake up in the middle of the night and find an email need to update my payment info. I do it's charged. Not even 6 hrs later they charge it again, say they didn't my bank did, which they can't. I had to do all the foot work to get the extra charge back fu**ery

I used to go to random camera stores while in school, I had no real allegiance. Not tut o long ago, I went to the B&H flagship store in NYC and that. Was. It. Now the only place I shop is B&H. It's kind of sort of a sickness(?) and this app really makes it easier to indulge in my mania. Should I be angry at B&H for latching onto me and not letting go? No. Because like a vampire, I invited them in. And unlike a vampire, I have to pay them. But at least I got a lot of great shots while doing it.

App is run off of browser and kind of sucks. The store itself is closed for religious reasons CONSTANTLY. It's mildly irritating the first 10 times you go to buy something and cannot, but gradually grows more and more infuriating.

Every single time I log into my account inside this app (why do I have to do this every 30 minutes?) I get a warning page from PerimeterX saying that they think I'm using automation to browse the site, and a button appears that they want me to hold to prove I'm human...only most of the time, the button never appears. This is ludicrous. Is this because I use Brave and not Chrome? Why do I have your app if all you do is open your damn website in it?
