I really like this app, it helps me get my photos out of the phone and in my hand. If I could fix anything about it I would make it easier to determine which files are uploading. Maybe in a drop down tile so you can just illuminat them in stead of try to figure out which ones are bad.

The app worked much better for printing photos than the Walgreens app. However it stopped working a couple of times and I had to back out and restart.

Can get glitchy when selecting the photo to edit. Also the pick up time they give you is never accurate in the store. On the positive side if you have patience it's nice to be able to do it at home on my phone an just pick the pictures up when it's ready.

Horrible first experience with this app. I made a mistake with my order and intended to cancel it minutes away from submitting it. There's no way to cancel from this app. Tried contacting costumer service from the confirmation email they sent me. They said to check their useless "FAQ" section because they were "experiencing a higher than normal volume of requests". They never replied and I was charged for an incorrect order I explicitly said needed to be cancelled. Never again using this app.

I just placed my first order and I expect no issues from here! This app is incredibly easy to use, with access to multiple accounts in order to find all the pictures! Thus far I'm pleased. Hoping my order has been received by Walgreens so I can successfully receive my precious photos, easy peasy!

I am delighted with how quick and easy it is to get photos printed through this app. However the quality of the photos are not that great. And then even though I have picked up my photos, I keep getting notices that I still need to come pick up my photos that I've already picked up. Annoying.

I ordered a picture puzzle using the TMobile promo code. The code worked and my order was compeleted without any problems. Thank goodness I screenshot the order number becuase this app doesn't allow you to view your purchase history. I haven't recieved a single email about my purchase but tons of promotional emails AND notifications. I've emailed customer service and haven't heard back from them. Their FAQ sect. doesnt even have useful answers. Its been 2 weeks and we need answers!!
