    Great app and I can afford it because its free. It keeps it interesting and not overly difficult. Thank you for not charging I need to get in better shape and if I could afford a gym I wouldn't be looking for help with an app. So thank you!

    Edited Review: I paid for this after trying free version. Very clear instructionsI and I like the pace. But it makes you do the lying triceps extension TWICE per set of you select "with bench", instead of once lying triceps extensions and once standing tricep extensions. And if you select "No bench" then it will instruct you to do standing triceps extensions TWICE per set. NO OTHER exercise is repeated in a set. There must be a bug in their app. Please fix. Thank you.

    Really liking this so far. Workouts are brief, but tough, and good for a beginner like me. I love the variation in exercises and the gentle increase in difficulty over time, too. Big request is to add an option to let us add warm-up/stretchin (& maybe cardio) exercises to the 30 Day plan, so it can be more complete. I think the calorie counts aren't quite accurate, too. I don't see how the Full Body Stretch burns 40+ calories in 5 minutes...

    App is great for learning the proper form and having all muscle groups targeted, I don't think 30 seconds is long enough between sets by default causing you to have to fumble with the phone a bit between sets, and the counting us pointless and threw me off. But other than that it's great!

    2 stars for not having the option to decide for myself when to start/stop the exercise. This feature is already there in older apps from this developer. I know I can set 0.5x, 1x, 1.5x, etc, but none of it suits me. I want the older functionality, to manually press a button to continue. 1 star for the instructor verbiage, it seems you didn't put any effort in testing this app. Eg: "Take a rest, 16, the next, 8, backward dumbbell lunge, each side"... :(

    Pretty weak app. Timing is way too fast, I can't keep up. Exercises are not balanced, some are too hard, others too easy. When you select different weights for the dumbbell, the number of reps stays the same.
