Club Pret was a great idea until I realized that the locations are inconsistent with what they "allow". Now, the Caramel Apple Latte, which showed up as $0 when I ordered it just yesterday, is 20% off today, as if it's not a hand crafted drink. I genuinely don't understand why a seasonal Latte isn't considered a coffee beverage.

Downloaded to get the 20% off that was promised if I downloaded the app, but then found you have to pay £30 a month to get the 20% off!!!! Hmmmm.

It's ok but demands updates every few weeks almost. The annoying part is that you can't even open the app when that happens - usually right at the time when you try to scan it at the cash register. Never seen an app before that forces you to update on the spot and refuses to even open until you update it. Hope they fix this.

When I try to log in it's just loading indefinitely. Have tried everything - clearing the cache, restarting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling app. My internet is fine. Doesn't seem to be possible to have a subscription without the app, so I just can't get a subscription!

The app does not allow for pasting password. What idiot decided that was a good decision? You have to go out your way to prevent passwords from being pasted. It's more secure to use a password manager and paste passwords instead of forcing users to manually type it on. You absolute dumbnuts

'Something went wrong' when signing in... Can't do anything about it. Please fix! Edit- after some time with customer service they reset my password and it's working now. Edit again- when I try to sign up error is back. Went to a store to try to sign up in person, but they said only on app. It's a mess... Edit- after over 30 emails and weeks of trying, I still can't sign up or enter my payment information. I'm not sure how anyone could order with this. Never had a problem with other companies.

Just downloaded for the first time, so i tried setting up an account but keep getting an error message 'Something went wrong'. Managed to sign up to an account on the web but then tried logging in on the app and same error message, uninstalled and reinstalled but same error message. I wont bother signing up to the subscription now

Awful app. Very tempermental. Crashes contstantly. Requires multiple quitting, reopening, re-entering orders, uninstalling, reinstalling, and other troubleshooting measures. Two stars for when it actually does work.
