Sign-in sends you through a loop and doesn't actually log into the app. This app has never fully worked properly and each update leads to more problems

Repeated failed efforts to gain account access via mobile device using valid user ID and password. (Works fine on my notebook.) Using my mobile, once login info is provided and validated, the app then asks if I want to OPEN or close. I request OPEN and the app recycles back to the LOGIN SCREEN.

Why did you take away the ability to see test results? The app was fine with being able to see these things. Now I have to inconvenience people to have my results sent to me.

Down often and does not always have correct information. The discrepancies between this and VA.gov and other government websites, especially appointment times, is very frustrating.

"The type of care not noted," so not I to log out, go log into the website, go to my appointments to see the type of care. What is the point of having an app when I have to go to a website to get all the info I need when it should be on the app? Another example of VA funding well spent.

Edit: had to login a different way. Previous: Already have an account. Input info, get authentication sent to phone number, check info (address, phone number), next step is verification... "we couldn't match you to this number"

Great access tool for vets to get information related to their VA healthcare or claims they've submitted. I do wish that it included all the information/tools provided @ VA.gov though. Also, some online chat representatives to answer questions in real time, would be an incredible addition.
