there is a big problem when received long distance pickup and rider move for order after 2 min system send not moving message and the order are redaspatche and performance go down and batch direct go from 1 to 4 and then next week shift not showing

New highway issue update is the worst update from talabat in kuwait big highways are banned for bike riders but also we somehow get to consumer's address going through inside roads avoiding highways but there are still many places that we can't take alternative routes to deliver orders but since the new highway issue update almost all the riders are effected by it we can't talk in fresh chat about the issue it takes long time to remove order and worst of all it effects our performance.

The way you calculate the distance is very wrong and unfair. There is absolutely no road which is like direct or straight. It's just discouraging for me to run like 15 km and found payed 500m.

The rider support is the very worst, they don't help when you have an issue as a rider, they Instead undispatch you're order knowing fully well it will affect the rider's performance. The dispatch team sucks too, they give you a pick up over 9km and cancel it and make the rider's performance downgrade. Also to be fair, you guys have to handle this app and operation more better and efficiently to make your rider feel safe and secure.
