Bought a week ticket but this apps is horrifyingly slow. Honestly, the bus fare is more expensive than First but the quality does not reflect the price at all. OLD and weed smelling buses and rude bus drivers(always late). Tried to get on the bus today with the app but its loading. The bus driver start to move while I'm still standing by the door. At the same time, he kept accusing me for being a liar and threatened me to pay extra £4.95. Finally got the bus ticket loaded after I got kicked out

The "live bus times" advertised only ran for 2 weeks when the app was released. Now it only shows timetable times.

Awful. Half of the city centre is closed and there are no notices on the app, no postage in the bus stops, all bus stops shown as operating. Absolute joke
