The best app on my phone. The kids love it. The magic of Christmas is alive! Update - the help centre feature doesn't work. My message keeps failing. Here is a suggestion I was trying to make. Hello there. Love this app. Been using it for a few years now. I'd like to make a suggest. Could we have some video calls of the common daily things. For example two of my kids struggle eating all their dinner so when they do, it would be nice to have Santa call and say good work eating all your food etc

2018 EDIT: This app used to KICK ASS!! Now the free videos are too basic (not much to personalize) and I'm having a hell of a time getting the app to function! First video, for my kid, was just fine. But when I tried making one for my husband adding a photo kept freezing the app on a black screen!! I WANT to love PNP like I have in the past. I WANT to love the free features so much that I buy the premium. I just don't think I'm feeling it this year??? Better free video personalization and a fully functional app would be so much better, and I'd probably buy at least one premium video if not full premium. PLEASE BRING BACK THE PNP FROM THE PAST before becoming profit driven??? Love this app, recommend to EVERYONE!! I even spring for the premium version every year ... it's worth it!

We've been using this app for years. The videos etc are great but we were very disappointed this year to see the same old videos again, and now at a ridiculous price. Our kids get bored of seeing the same thing and there is less excitement. I'd be more willing to pay if there was new content.. Also there used to be more options to purchase. Hopefully next year will be better.

Bought the magic pass yesterday after seeing how excited my son was with his first video. Created 2 more videos. (Total 4 - 2 for each child) This morning he wanted to watch his video again and it doesn't work. All my videos are gone and the kid's dashboard is missing all the pictures. Tried contacting you directly to fix this but no response. Please help fix it. I've updated the app 4 times just today. Getting annoyed and if it can't be fixed I want my money back.

Bought the 10 year membership last year and it worked great. The kids loved it, went to use it today and all i get is a load screen and it keeps crashing. I contacted customer service and they give you the basic "try this" that every app gives you and it still happens. So until this changes and the app starts working it gets a 1 star.

Used this app every year for my little ones and it's been a huge part of the wonderful magic ❤️.....unfortunately Xmas 2023, it just would not work. I tried so many times over a few weeks and could not get it to finish a video. I didn't have time to get in contact with tech as Xmas is so busy so unfortunately I'd paid the subscription for nothing and had really disappointed kids

I have had this app for 5 years now and it's literally one of the best things to have at Christmas for the little ones and it gets better every year, it's worth every penny. Also to anyone that can't upload images, double check your permissions are set to the correct ones because when you look at first glance it looks like they are but they aren't. Alternatively get someone to help thats phone/computer savvy.

After many years I'm done with this app. For the past 2 years I've paid for video calls that have no way of setting up the actual call option. So instead I have to pretend I'm getting a call. To cap it all off, I paid good money to try a group call only to have the video created such an incredibly generic result. Such a shame but I'll be deleting the app and won't be going back.
