Can't cancel an appointment through the app. I was trying to hold a car, but accidentally created a general appointment. Now I need to call in just to tell them to cancel it so I can resubmit it correctly, but it has the ability to add it to my calendar...I don't need that! Need multiple accounts to hold more than 1 car. If I'm driving 100+ miles to visit a CarMax location, I expect to test drive more than 1 car.

This app is unusable. It requires multiple logins, doesn't remember payment information, times out randomly. it shouldn't be a chore to make payments.

This app is terrible when trying to make payments. It is super frustrating and ends up having to make the payment other ways. I'm deleting this app today. Hopefully, future updates will address the issues.

Tried to pay my car note with this app but it always says "something went wrong try again". Even after talking to customer service and they say they've reset the app, it still does the same thing. I've uninstalled it many times and still the same issues. Carmax doesn't take debit cards over the phone and the nearest CarMax store is an hour away from my home. Very inconvenient. I should have to call customer service every month just to make a payment

The new app is terrible. The search filter keeps closing when I try to select options or doesn't apply the filter on the first attempt. I keep having searches turn up zero results even though the filter says there are vehicles fitting the criteria. Pictures take forever to load and general navigation throughout the app is slow and clunky. Just use the website - don't waste phone storage on this dumpster fire.

I like a lot of things about the app but I am confused and frustrated that all of the filters do not work! I want a car that is NOT black and that does NOT have black interior. I select every color except black and still have to look at the description to make sure black is not there because it usually is!! I live in an area where it is not unusual for temperatures to reach 108 degrees. NO BLACK!! Why doesn't the filter work??
