It used to be a great app. Seems the company is not investing any money on this app. Tried to top up my credit and it becomes a horror film. Not being able to pay with credit card nor with ideal. Seems that I need to find an alternative for my long distance phone calls. Pitty Yes I contacted your support team. the problem is my bank was their answer. How extrange that 3 different payment methods are not working just for your company.

For months now, I can not use my airpod to answer/make calls using Yolla App or put the call on when I put the call on loudspeaker. It is still like normal. What is wrong, please? It is frustrating, but for the past months, I have used the App, it has been OK, but recently, I don't just know why.

Beware: The app's dial-up doesn't work during calls. I needed to call a customer service abroad. During the call, I was asked to enter a number for different departments. Unfortunately, when I pressed the number, nothing happened. It seems that the app has limitations as once the call is connected, the dial-up stops working. I kept pressing "1" to speak to a department but it wouldn't go through and I wasted my money buying credits for the call.
