I had this app a long time ago and it was amazing. I downloaded it again for an upcoming trip and it won't let me use it, saying im not connected to wifi or data.

The wait times were not updated or very accurate. We went to fire in the hole because it said it was "open" meaning no wait, but we stood in line for over 30 minutes. Not mad as it's a theme park and you'll always stand in line, but then don't have the wait time option.

Difficult to find places using the map guide. Also map is cluttered with too many symbols. Hours are not included in eateries descriptions.

This app is great. The map is very useful. You can add events to a list, and from its description click "find on map" and easily locate it. Very helpful!

When launching get an error "Unable to connect, poor wifi or cellular data." This was after downloading so the network was working. Attempted to reboot the phone and same error.

Love SDC Park & always have since I was younger. So my 1 star is for the app and not the park. I could not get app to launch on my android S10. I deleted and reinstalled with no luck. My friends with iPhone had no reported problems.:-(

The map is helpful and ride descriptions but don't rely on the wait times. Not accurate and rarely updated. Rides show open with over a 60 minute wait. Shows cancelled and not removed from the schedule.

Won't work at all. it won't even launch saying connect to wifi or cellular data. Both are connected. What a waste and disappointment.
