Pretty buggy. Frequently loses track of transfers because of corrupted info hash. Restart the app fixes it but pretty annoying. Search list jumps all over three places as new items added and going back in from transfer screen doesn't remember where one was is just some of the problems. Got a file downloading now at a decent speed. Is it in the transfers list? Nope. UI lacks even the most basic features to manage torrents containing multiple files.

Causes phone to crash EVERY SINGLE TIME i open the app and put it into sleep with music playing. Music plays one song at a time and will pause, and wont play by itself unless manually selecting a song. Upon opening app, choosing a song does not work as the app will play the last song playing when previously closed. Please fix these issues. Other than that, its a good app. But the abismal performance is such a deal breaker that paying for pandora, spotify, youtube is more than more worth it.

Great app. Very few ads and I can skip as many songs as I want just to get to my favorite song. I Highly recommend to anbody who loves music and hates having to pay money just to get unlimited skips and remove the ads. Plus you can listen to your favorite song while your screen is off Even if it's a YouTube video which is way better than YouTube because you have to pay to get that feature.

Using it since two days. There're so many issues that I can't possibly mention/find out all of them. # Doesn't respect the "WiFi networks only" permission. # There's no way to refresh tracker list. # There's no option to see UL/DL speed on the notification drawer. # Doesn't grab magnet link directly from the browser. # Occasionally closes in the background. Yeah, I did whitelist it from both app setting and device setting.

This is easily one of the best music apps I have found. I've used it for close to 2 years and haven't had any issues. Nearly every song I search for is available, and, on top of that, rarely ever will ads pop up. Usually one plays when you first open the app, but then you can use it for hours without any others. I alao like that it works while the device it is being used on goes to sleep.

FrostWire was always the go-to back in the day, for anyone who wanted to download music. It never failed to provide a really decent/wide selection, and the quality was equally as good. For some reason, though - this particular app seems to be lacking a bit, in comparison to it's original version. Ex: numerous times I've searched for a song, and their would be zero results produced - even if it was a more popular, well-known song. I'm not sure what's going on. Maybe it just needs a bit of TLC.

I have been having an issue where music I download redownloads multiple times, crashing the app for a few minutes. I've been patient with it, but just now the app crashed for over ten minutes, and when I was able to get back on, 113 new songs redownloaded multiple times. There were 31 copies of one song alone! I'm a bit fed up and will reconsider using Frostwire if this issue continues for much longer or worsens.

When considering buying digital entertainment consider using FrostWire. Great app for your phone or computer to download tv shows, movies, music, and more so you can preview before you go buy. App is smooth and easy to use. Search engine is very relevant to what you're actually searching for. Ads...well they're aren't many at all. Search engine is so good you're actually finding what you want and not spending time searching, that's when the ads pop up. Works really great when you donate.

I have been using this app for some time when needed but here recently, this app has multiple crashes and closes out. You start a search then before your done typing your title, the app has closed out a d your looking at your home screen. When it does work, it's great! I get most of the songs I want if they aren't protected by copyright and when they aren't uploaded.
