Very disappointed with the lack of response for app optimisation. Previously mentioned that the app's edit font feature does not work with OnePlus phones as it doesn't have the edit text function. However, rather than address the feature the team decides to release new packs instead. Please focus on fixing current bugs instead as there is no point of selling customers the font pack if it's literally unusable when using Android.

I would really like to rate this app 5 stars, It has the capability. But only if there is some consistency. Like after I have made the template and added some text, I am not able to Edit it! I can only do that when I have added a new page to the story. Apart from this, I was expecting some basic controls. like in the template if there was a way to control the Border thickness or edit colors in the app itself. Have some edit and confirmation mode. Would also love some video capability.

Tried the free Plus trial. Set up my account and started creating content. At the end of the trial period, I was charged the $19.99 yearly subscription which is fine. The only problem is now I can't access anything I've been working on and when I try to log in, it says I'm not signed up. The kicker? When I try to subscribe again (and yes, eat the cost), it tells me an account is already created. Great content but horrible app.

Interesting but limited in free options, also extemely clunky to use. Button for adding text and color sometimes doesn't respond. Adding details is not intuitive. Text customization is not saved so have to edit every time text is attached. Cannot rotate text. Very limited background colors. Most templates behind pay wall. When uploading to Instagram, bottom of story is cut off with no way to fix.

I used to love this app on iOS and regularly used it for my IG stories, it was beautiful. Things were good up until i switched to Android (OnePlus 6t). I had to by the templates again on a new device only to find out this app is terribly buggy on Android. For example - 1. Text does not show up 2. Screen and aspect ratio on optimal for larger screen device 3. Screen does not move up when keyboard is drawn 4. The latest update has a new template but the preview does not show up. Sort it out developer team!!

UPDATE fixed my font issue quickly! I wish what I saw was what imports. I only just downloaded so using the free templates but while I like how the layout looks in Unfold's app when I save it out and bring into Instagram the text has shifted and I can't even compensate by the looms of it so far. makes it a bit unusable. I also cant see how you can share other's posts with the app which could lead to an inconsistent look. Not giving up yet but frustrated.

Works quite well but the customization of the template and design is lacking. Cant change the typefaces or colors of the text. Theres also some issues with things like embedding instagram links where none of the links I use actually work for the embedding. Enjoy the UX overall, its quite smooth and intuitive, but the lack of customization makes me less likely to use this more, which makes me less likely to wanna pay for its extra features.

Crazy editing facility! Creating my very first post, clicked to edit the lower of two photos for effects and the 'Effects, Adjust..' screen actually hides the lower photo, so you can't see what impact any of the effects you are trying, are having on the photo!!! Madness! It also seems thatall the templates which would actually make your post stand out, you have to pay for.

After reading reviews experiencing the same issue & the company response that it's an "issue on Androids/Samsungs end". Even so, being that the app crashes immediately/won't load, rendering it useless, it's wrong to still charge us the subscription fee as the app doesn't work for us users right now. Especially as there's no timeline on when the "issue" & the "fix" will occur. Unsubscribing, hopefully get a refund & maybe will return when it's fixed.
