The app is not transparent, to begin with you won't know where the client is going and the price. Driver has no choice of skipping an order and the pricing doesn't correlate with the operation expense, if not careful the driver will keep making losses and damaging their vehicles This app needs serous review it is so pathetic

It's not a user friendly app and not considering the actual transportation costs. If any driver using it as a main source of income, they will lost half of their previous income daily.

No freedom on pro users. Too much restrictions,too much pressure on drivers. No freedom of choice for drivers.More especially when passengers cancel request or if you cancel the ride. They have given power to passenger to reduce the amount from the drivers pay . I totally hate this nonsense

Very bad App Wasting time In one weak need two or three times car pictures Cancellation rate very high from pessanger side . No giving fees for waiting time Sometimes costumer not payment then yango team not recover cash from costumer. All policies is not Good

Very useless app, favouring only passengers & owners of the app . Making drivers slaves, poor pricing, an app which is not honest in business, it doesn't show the price to the driver so that the driver can make decision, an app with low fairs for the driver, which doesn't sult the current economic system ,a driver can not manage to service the car etc, shame to u managers of this app. Useless, go back to Russia and leave Zambians alone
