Love this app. It has saved me many embarrassing moments at work or during meetings due to the syncing function. It also allows me to not worry about whether my phone is loud, soft, using too much power, etc. since I can set multiple cues that change phone settings without user prompts. Even if you experience bugs, the dev team is quick to reply and assist. 10/10 would recommend.

Sadly this app has become far too complicated for my needs, too many menu options, too many boxes to tick and untick to ensure certain conditions are followed. I have had a blast of Lound sound through my earphones on a number of occasions so cannot trust this app anymore. Too many issues which could probably be resolved if I had the time to work out all the scenarios. But I want something simpler yet feature rich. Sorry guys your support has been quick it's just that your app is not for me.

2020-05-05 UPDATE: Well, I keep trying to find something better but I this is 'still the one'. Like others have said this isn't the most intuitive app but it does get the job done and I have figured out the basics, pretty much, for me basic requirements. I do wish there was good documentation on what all the features are and how to set things up for various uses I'm still not happy about some of the limitations that were implemented when this app went to subscription or paid model. Not sure if something changed in recent update either but somethings got funky so I finally broke down and today paid $26 (!!! US I assume) for this app. Seems pricey to me but I guess I like it, and know it, enough to do that. I also noticed that as of today, like another reviewer mentioned, that a manual change (set to end at specific time hours later) kept reverting back to previous state after a number of minutes (not sure how long but around 30 minutes, less than an hour). I reboot phone and it seemed ok after that. Will monitor over next day or two. Also, Sam, for the icon selection, you should but the default ones (Speaker, Vibrate, Night etc) right at the top of the massive list of them as it's a pain looking for those most common ones buried in the pile. 2018-03-06 Original review: This used to be good but then went to expensive subscription and free version lost features and occasional annoying ads.

UPDATE2: Pro went on sale at holidays, so I bought it. This is the ONLY one I've tried, of MANY, that really works well. Limited profiles & obnoxious ads were killing me. But this app works. 》《2017: [2*] I can deal with ads. It's the sudden change without warning, limits, the loud ads, etc. NOT FREE.》《2016: [2*] App works great, but latest update ruined it. Only few profile changes work, forcing app purchase at $18!!! Nasty sneaky trick. Added very obnoxious & intrusive ads & limited function》

I’ve tried 5 app in this category: aProfiles - Auto tasks (formerly #1 Profile), MacroDroid - Device Automation, E-Robot, Automate, Automagic * Automation. MacroDroid is the best. Beautifully implemented, easy to use, yet very powerful. aProfiles: easy to use, it’s OK. This is the best if you prefer the easiest, most straightforward operation. Automate and Automagic: both very powerful, but Automate is not so well implemented and lacks some features, so I really didn’t like it. Automagic is the best option for someone who wants the utmost capabilities, but at the same time doesn’t mind a cumbersome handling. E-Robot doesn’t have any advantage over any other amongst this 5, and has a very outdated and terrible UI.
