App is trash. Oven is connected to the wifi but App can't find the oven. This is happening all of the time. I was able to connect to the oven once but never again.

The app keeps shutting down I have uninstalled reinstalled and it will not allow me to get to where the oven name is to check to see if I'm connected. My oven will not scan from the oven only the app. Chatted with customer service. They will be sending me a new oven butthe app still keeps stopping. I need to know if this is my phone or your app. I want to love this oven but in th 4 days I've had it I've had nothing but problems

Agree with last reviewer! Love the food and service but also cannot rate the entrees on my Android phone. I can't scroll far enough to "submit" my review. This has been an issue since the last release....and I truly miss this feature! Please assist!

Nothing against the app or the oven, both are great wish there were more recipes. The prepared meals however are not $4.99 as shown they are average $12.16 per single serving. Kind of pricey. Live and learn.

Unreliable. Unable to modify selections at times. What's on the app contradits what is on the website. You need to do meal selections on their website. They won't admit the app has problems.

The Tovala meal plan has been great the past couple months (we get 6/week) & we also cooked chicken and salmon ourself with the basic recipe from the app, it cooks it perfectly, so juicy! Can't wait to try the new recipes!

It's all around terrible. The first subscription was canceled, and I didn't even do it. Even with the troubleshooting videos and customer support for the oven and it still wouldn't connect. Don't get it!!!

The app and the oven rarely communicate. I constantly get the error "cannot connect due to an unexpected issue". I unplug, replug, close and restart the app and it just doesnt connect.
